Christmas Shipping Guide

Last Christmas Posts 2023

We advise that you allow plenty of time and order for Christmas as early as possible, particularly for International deliveries. Ongoing strike action, reduced air and freight capacity, high volumes and winter weather conditions are all impacting transportation and local delivery across the globe.

We will be closing for business at 9am Monday 18th December. Any orders placed after this date will not be processed until after Christmas.

If you cannot see an option for your country at checkout, please get in touch and we will get an up to date price.

United Kingdom

We post all items First Class using Royal Mail in the UK and the last date for delivery in time for Christmas is Monday 18th December (order before 9am).

Last International Track/Sign Dates

Please note that post-Brexit all orders outside of the UK could be subject to Customs/Import Fees, this varies from region to region and in some cases can delay delivery.

If an order is returned to us because the recipient refused to pay Import fees (or cannot be contacted to pay them) then we will not be able to refund shipping costs.

We also recommend providing a phone number for all International orders so that your local carrier can contact you in the event of any delays/problems.

EU Pre-Paid Import Fees

For customers in the EU (Including Rep of Ireland) ALL orders are now subject to local VAT & Import Fees. On average this is a further 20-25% in VAT, plus import duty and handling fees. There is nothing that we can do about these charges, and they affect any order regardless of size or cost.

We have added the option to order to several EU countries using couriers that will pay import fees in advance and we will not send orders to the EU without prepaid taxes. This gives customers as complete a cost as possible and also avoids hold ups at border control. Unfortunately these fees are very high as they combine the couriers shipping costs, a handling fee, import taxes and local VAT - we can only apologise for the high cost & hassle, but this is the best we can do to continue to support shipping to the EU. (yes, we hate everyone who voted for this too!)

PLEASE NOTE: These costs are changing regularly, we are trying to keep on top of this but if there is a short fall we may have to invoice you for the difference, or cancel your order.

If you cannot see an option for your country, please get in touch and we will get an up to date price.

The only exception to this is single shirt orders to the Republic of Ireland, which we still offer the regular postal service - however these are still subject to import fees which will be charged on the customers end.
