Discount Codes
How do I apply a discount code?
If you clicked a discount link (usually with the word "discount" in the address) then it should be applied automatically, all you have to do is add an applicable item & the discount will be shown when you checkout.
If you have copied the code from another source then codes can be entered at the checkout also. If you are using a desktop the space to enter the code is on the right hand side of the page (the darker side) where you items are listed. There is a white box. On mobile devices click the "Show order summary" button to reveal the items in your cart & the discount box.
My discount code is not working?
The first thing to check with a discount code is that it applies to the items in your cart. Most discount codes only apply to specific ranges of items. Double check the details.
If you feel the code should work but is not, contact us via the page on this site or via DM on Twitter & we can advise further.

My order hasn't arrived yet
For UK Orders
If you have received confirmation that your item has shipped please allow up to 5 days for them to arrive. Most items are sent First Class, which means they should arrive the day after you receive the dispatch confirmation - however First Class is no longer guaranteed by Royal Mail so it can take up to 3 days in remote areas. Also sometimes access cannot be gained by the postman, or the item is too big for your letterbox & no one was home to accept the item, so they will attempt a redelivery or take it back to the Sorting Office - usually they leave a card but this is not always the case.
If after 5 days you haven't received your item we recommend first checking with your local Sorting Office &/or Post Office to see if there are any undelivered items for your address, then contacting us to let us know that there may be a problem.
It's been 2 weeks since I received my shipping confirmation, where is my order?
If it has been 2 weeks since shipping , you have not received your item and it is not at the Sorting Office/Post Office then we will make a claim for a missing item with Royal Mail and arrange an immediate replacement order to be sent. If any items are out of stock then we will arrange an immediate refund.
For International Orders
If you have received confirmation that your item has shipped average delivery times are 5 days for Europe, 7-10 days for USA, 10-14 days for Australia and 14-21 days for the rest of the world - however due to Covid-19 we cannot guarantee any times for orders outside the UK. Each country will have its own problems with Covid-19 and it may affect delivery speed on their end.
We are only using Tracked or Signed services outside the UK & Ireland so you should be able to track it's progress (unfortunately tracking is not available in all countries).
It's been 4 weeks since I received my shipping confirmation
If it has been 4 weeks since shipping, you have not received your item and it is not at the Post/Sorting Office then we will make a claim for a missing item with our Postal Service and arrange an immediate replacement order to be sent. If any items are out of stock then we will arrange an immediate refund.
IMPORTANT
If your order has not arrived we must process a claim with the Post Office/Courier within a time window from the original posting date - so, please contact us within 60 days or we may not be able to replace or refund a missing order.
Returns & Exchange
You can return some items (see below) but postage & packaging is non-refundable and there is a restocking fee of £1 for returns. If you wish to exchange an item you will be charged for postage costs again.
What can I return/exchange
All items on our store are returnable unless noted otherwise on the product page (some made to order & pre-order items are non-returnable) Any return/exchange item must be in original resale condition, unworn & returned within 30 days of receipt.
What can't I return
You cannot return any item you have washed or worn, or any items which specify they are non-returnable on the product information page.
Damaged or faulty goods
If an item is damaged or faulty we will replace it at no cost to you, however you must contact us within 60 days.
I've received the wrong item/size
Mistakes happen from time to time, they are rare, but they do happen. If you received the wrong item or wrong size, let us know (within 30 days) & we'll get you the correct items at no extra cost to you.
